NEW INNOVATION FROM ELAN - Eyebrow tint removing expert system allows efficient removal of the most intensive and dark synthetic dye accumulated in the eyebrow hairs without affecting the natural hair pigment.
Eyebrow Tint Removing Expert System consists of:
1. Emulsion 1 (10 ml);
2. Emulsion 2 (10 ml).
NOTE! Use Emulsion 2 and Emulsion 1 in the ratio 1:1 only. Neither of the emulsions can be replaced by another product. The emulsions cannot be used separately.

Expiration date: 24 months.
Period after opening (PAO): 6 months.
How to use:
ANALYZE THE EYEBROW HAIR CONDITION OF A CLIENT
Specify the processing time and scheme for applying the emulsions according to the analysis of the synthetic dye amount, accumulated in the eyebrow hairs, and the desired eyebrow shade.
- Complete colour removal. In order to remove completely the accumulated synthetic dye from the eyebrow hairs and the skin, use Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 in the ratio 1:1. The processing time is 5–15 minutes.
- Colour correction. In order to remove the accumulated synthetic dye only from the eyebrow hairs and preserve the colour on the skin, apply the argan oil cream on the skin around the eyebrows. Use the professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #1 by TM ELAN professional line.
- Colour correction with creating a warm or cool undertone:
- in order to create the colour with a cool undertone, use the oxidizing emulsion 3% by TM ELAN professional line, when the II-nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished (see Directions).
- in order to create the colour with a warm undertone, do not use the oxidizing emulsion 3% by TM ELAN professional line, when the the II-nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished (see Directions).
DIRECTIONS
I-st Stage. Mix Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 in the ratio 1:1 in a non-metallic bowl and apply the mixture with a brush on the eyebrows. The processing time is 5–15 minutes (depending on the eyebrow hair condition and the desired eyebrow shade).
II-nd Stage. Apply «ELAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction, when the processing time is finished. Remove foam with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
NOTE! Check the eyebrow hair colour. If the eyebrow hair colour is not desired, apply the freshly-prepared mixture on the eyebrows and leave it to develop for 2–5 minutes.
In order to create the colour with a cool undertone, apply the oxidizing emulsion 3% by ТМ ELAN professional line on the eyebrows, when the II-nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished. The processing time is 3–5 minutes. When the processing time is finished, remove the excess of the oxidizing emulsion with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
In order to create the colour with a warm undertone, do not use the oxidizing emulsion 3% by ТМ ELAN professional line on the eyebrows, when the II-nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished. Proceed to the III-rd Stage of the procedure.
III-rd Stage. It is recommended to use «ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» for the better results. The product does not require rinsing off.
EYEBROW SYNTHETIC DYE REMOVAL POST-PROCEDURE RECOMMENDATIONS
It is not recommended to perform the henna eyebrow tinting after the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure.

When will my order be sent?
If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched on the next business day. If your order is placed on Friday after 2 pm, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is shipped, you will have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel!
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Custom duties / Taxes
For international orders:
International shipments maybe subject to customs duties and fees when sent with DHL and UPS. Custom duties fees rates are different from country to country and also depend on the invoice amount.

2. Returns & Refund
Can I Return Something I've Purchased?
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from ELAN within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you a notification and process a refund.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
Return costs
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What should I do if the item arrived damaged?
All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if we are out of stock, refund you in full). Please send us an email to hello@elanofficial.au if the parcel arrived damaged or has missing items.
