Oxidizing Emulsion 3% is the innovative product developed by TM ELAN professional line and one of the signature eyebrow tinting system SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM components.
*one bottle of the oxidising emulsion is enough for one tube of «Deep Brow Tint» 04 ICY/05 SPICY.
Oxidizing emulsion 3% is specially designed for mixing with the eyebrow tint «Deep Brow Tint» and the colour boosters by TM ELAN professional line. The ideal formulation and the soft creamy texture of the product ensure the perfect result. Emulsifying agents protect the hairs during the eyebrow tinting procedure. Due to mixing the oxidizing emulsion 3% and the eyebrow tint «Deep Brow Tint» by TM ELAN professional line, the pH of the ready for use tinting mixture is 7. Thus, the eyebrow tint «Deep Brow Tint» is THE FIRST EYEBROW TINT WITH NEUTRAL pH, which protects the hairs from damage and prevents skin dryness.

HOW TO USE:
- Preparing the eyebrows
Use «ELAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» for the skin and the hairs degreasing before the eyebrow shaping or tinting procedures. The detox-mousse has bactericidal and fungicidal properties.
- Defining the eyebrows
Define the eyebrow shape with «ELAN professional line Powder eyebrow pencil «Brow Liner Pro» or «ELAN professional line Powder micromatic eyebrow pencil «Brow Pro».
- Preparing the tinting mixture
Mix the eyebrow tint «Deep Brow Tint» by ТМ ELAN professional line with the oxidizing emulsion 3% in the ratio 1:1 in a non-metallic bowl using a measuring spoon included in the tint package.
Use «Eyebrow Tint Colour Boosters» 06 INDIGO or 07 ORANGE by TM ELAN professional line according to the mixing scheme in order to add more depth and intensity to the eyebrow tint basic colour palette or to create a new shade:
Eyebrow Tint (49 %) + Oxidizing Emulsion (49 %) + Colour Booster (2 %) = Tinting Mixture (100 %)
Attention! The more colour booster is used, the more final shade is closer to the basic booster colour (blue or orange).
- Tinting the eyebrows
Apply the tinting mixture on the eyebrows according to the preliminary defined shape. Leave it to develop for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired eyebrow colour intensity. Then remove the tint completely with a cotton pad moistened with water. If the tinting mixture appeared to be out of the desired eyebrow shape, moisten a cotton bud with «Skin color remover» by TM ELAN professional line and remove the excess of the tint.
- Completing the eyebrow tinting procedure
Use «ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» for better results. It ensures a longer colour effect by stabilizing the colour molecule on the hairs.

We ship Worldwide! :) We will do our very best to see you get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues. All of our orders are shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse.
When will my order be sent?
If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched on the next business day. If your order is placed on Friday after 2 pm, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is shipped, you will have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel!
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Custom duties / Taxes
For international orders:
International shipments maybe subject to customs duties and fees when sent with DHL and UPS. Custom duties fees rates are different from country to country and also depend on the invoice amount.
Please note all prices on our website including delivery fees are in AUD.
2. Returns & Refund
Can I Return Something I've Purchased?
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from ELAN within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at hello@elanofficial.au if you would like to organize a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you a notification and process a refund.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
Return costs
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What should I do if the item arrived damaged?
All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if we are out of stock, refund you in full). Please send us an email to hello@elanofficial.au if the parcel arrived damaged or has missing items.
