Innovation! An eyebrow care mask with toning effect nourishes deeply, restores and thickens the eyebrow hairs. The mask is infused with the unique patented FiberHanceTM complex, which restores the eyebrow hairs from the inside out, strengthens and sets them in place.
ADVANTAGES OF THE MASK AS A TONING PRODUCT
— it renews brightness and intensity of the eyebrow hair colour in between eyebrow tinting salon procedures;
— it tones not only the eyebrow hairs, but also the skin (12 COCOA and 13 CHESTNUT);
— it provides neutralization of the undesired eyebrow hair colour after eyebrow bleaching or lamination procedures (11 AMETHYST);
— the mask palette colours can be mixed in order to achieve the necessary colour.
Expiration date: 24 months.
Period after opening (PAO): 3 months.
- Apply a small amount of the product on the eyebrows and spread it evenly with a brush.
- The processing time is 5-15 minutes (depending on the desired eyebrow colour intensity).
- When the processing time is finished, remove the excess of the product with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
NOTE! If the achieved eyebrow colour appears to be very intensive after toning, it is advisable to apply «ELAN professional line Cleansing detox-mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» on the eyebrows.
NOTE! If the skin around the eyebrows appears to be violet after toning, when using 11 AMETHYST mask, it is advisable to wipe the toned skin areas with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
- It is recommended to use «ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» for the better results.
NOTE! It is recommended to use the product when necessary. The colour lasts up to 4 days after toning on the eyebrow hairs.

Where do you deliver?
We ship Worldwide! :) We will do our very best to see you get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues. All of our orders are shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse.
When will my order be sent?
If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched on the next business day. If your order is placed on Friday after 2 pm, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is shipped, you will have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel!
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Custom duties / Taxes
For international orders:
International shipments maybe subject to customs duties and fees when sent with DHL and UPS. Custom duties fees rates are different from country to country and also depend on the invoice amount.
Please note all prices on our website including delivery fees are in AUD.
2. Returns & Refund
Can I Return Something I've Purchased?
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from ELAN within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at hello@elanofficial.au if you would like to organize a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you a notification and process a refund.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
Return costs
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What should I do if the item arrived damaged?
All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if we are out of stock, refund you in full). Please send us an email to hello@elanofficial.au if the parcel arrived damaged or has missing items.
